Firstly: Which NBU Version?

Secondly: Which OS on Client?

First step is to check if the OS is supported by which NBU version.
See OS CL: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH76648

Installation steps can be found in the relevant NBU installation guide.
Links to all recent versions of NBU manuals can be found in 'Handy NBU Links' in my signature.
