Netbackup dont backup all files on a LUN

Hello everybody,

i have some problems with my backup.

when i start a backup from a lun from a netapp filer i alway get the information the job has succesfull complete. But when i go in the restore manager i find only one folder to restore. the rest from the 140 gb lun was not saved.

we use netbackup 6.5.3 on a windows server 2k3r2 x64 has anyone here a solution for this problem?

How do you mean you are backing up a LUN?

Is the lun attached to a server and you are using a snapshot client to backup the lun?

Is this a database backup?

More infomation required please!!

I'm assuming the lun is fully attached to the windows server as 1 drive?

Are there some thing line "set HIST=n" in backup selection list?
Is image size same with  target used size?
