Netbackup error for sap online backup

I have some problem with backup SAP

-new configuration

-Client : windows 2008 Entreprise R2, client NBU 7.1

-Master: windows 2008 , server NBU 7.1

Is there a large time difference between the Master / Media / Client?

The job log shows it starts at 15:46 but the client logs starts at 15:38 - not sure if that large a time difference may have an effect here.

It fails just after it is setting the backup time stamp

The time between the client and the server is configured, this is the same as the server

Is this max verbosity? The logs you posted usually show the precise issue.

The "interrupted" and "through pipe" are the ones but we need details.
