Netbackup job ending with error code 213.

Hi all,

I am running the policy for which i am getting 213 error code even though i have allocated 4 tapes. Can any one help on this.

policy name - TCX_DB_RMAN_YI99SOSDB02

schedule - TCX_DB_RMAN_YI99SOSDB02_DAILY

volume pool - TCX_RMAN_EXPT_1MONTH

Allocated 4 tapes to TCX_RMAN_EXPT_1MONTH pool

Attached the bpbkar & bptm output for the last 2 days.

This is a storage unit error. Check you have your storage units are online and available. If your RMAN is calling NetBackup make sure the correct storage unit is in your script.

Please check which Storage Unit is selected in policy - TCX_DB_RMAN_YI99SOSDB02.

Then check status of this STU as per above post. 
On media server that controls this STU, run this command:

/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/vmoprcmd -d

You were right i had corrected the misconfiguration in the Storage unit option.

Now its working fine.
