Netbackup job is not processing

Job is not processing, showing connected from last 10 hours, killed started again, still same issue.

i see there was multiple clients was copied on different directory and multiple bmr job was running on client i removed all netbackup client software, installed 7.5 and now job running fine. thanks.

You have selected NBU 7.5 and Windows 8. Are these the client versions? (Windows 8 is only supported as Client.) What is NBU patch level on Master and/or media servers? And client? What happens if you de-select BMR in the policy?
