This seems to be a timeout.
NBU default is 5 minutes and hardly ever sufficient for large databases.
Please increase CLIENT_CONNECT_TIMEOUT and CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT on the media server to 1800.
For further troubleshooting, Please ensure that the following log folders exist:
On media server: bpbrm and bptm
On Oracle client: dbclient (with 777 permission)
For assistance to look at logs, please copy log files to .txt files (e.g. dbclient.txt) and upload as file attachments.

Seems you changed a timeout to 10800. See this bpbrm entry:
18:30:29.047 [10472.8188] <2> bpbrm main: from client nfioradb.nutrifood.co.id: change timeout to 10800
Anyway - there is no indication on a timeout that was applied by NetBackup.
Datastream was happily being sent from client (dbclient) :
18:38:31.563 [143730] <2> int_WriteData: INF - writing buffer # 153000 of size 262144
18:38:34.886 [143730] <2> int_WriteData: INF - writing buffer # 154000 of size 262144
when the network connection got broken 2 seconds later:
18:38:36.059 [143730] <16> writeToServer: ERR - send() to server on socket failed: Connection reset by peer (104)
18:38:36.059 [143730] <16> dbc_put: ERR - failed sending data to server
18:38:36.059 [143730] <16> writeToServer: ERR - send() to server on socket failed: Connection reset by peer (104)
bpbrm also just reports that network connection was closed:
18:39:00.374 [10472.8188] <16> bpbrm readline: socket read failed, An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. (10054)
18:39:00.374 [10472.8188] <2> bpbrm kill_child_process_Ex: start
18:39:00.499 [7284.8496] <16> bpbrm readline: socket read failed, An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. (10054)
bptm also reports network error after receiving some data:
18:39:53.446 [4052.10380] <2> write_data: received first buffer (65536 bytes), begin writing data
18:39:56.052 [8164.10244] <16> fill_buffer: socket operation failed - 10054 (at child.c.1304)
18:39:56.052 [8164.10244] <16> fill_buffer: unable to perform read from client socket, connection may have been broken
So, you need to check with your network team.
We cannot say from NBU point of view where exactly the problem is - all we can see is that 'something' terminated the network connection.

Hi Mariane,
I will ask to my network team,
by the way, another backup are running normally.
So which network that i need to check?
i a little bit confused if i need to check the network, because network team will ask me, which configuration that i need to be checked.
Thanks
