Please help us understand what this means:

The NB is often corrupts in that server,

How sure are you that NO networker processes/daemons are running?

Is this a master or media server?

I see two master server processes running:  bpdbm and bpjobd.
No nbemm, bprd, nbpem, etc.

What about pbx?

What happens if you stop and start NBU (including pbx)? Create bprd log folder under /usr/openv/netbackup/logs before starting NBU.

Use 'bpps -x' to see what processes are starting up.
Check bprd log to see what happens during attempt to start up.
Also check EMM log to see why this process is not starting with this command:
vxlogview -o 111 -t 00:10:00

Above command is to check the log for the last 10 minutes. Adjust -t to include startup attempt.

NBU Master or media server cannot run on the same server as any other backup software.

One of the first installation requirements is to remove any other backup software.

Why do you have 2 backup software installations on the same server?

you need to read this below form the netbackup install guide.

Other backup software

Symantec recommends that you remove any other vendor
backup software currently configured on your system before
you install this product. Other vendor backup software can
negatively affect how NetBackup installs and functions.

we are migrating  from networker to netbackup..

However we stopped the neworker services  and then only we initiating the netbackup installation.

we already installed  the netbackup successfully in other environment which has networker too..

But here only we are facing the issue.
