Netbackup services on windows client stops by itself and need to be restarted however Services STARTUP TYPE set to Automatic.

I see that your OS is Server 2012. I'll take a guess that this system is also a VMware VM client and it has a version of VMTools installed which is 11.x (but lower than 11.0.6). If so, I think you have run into this issue:

I have seen this where AntiVirus software killed NBU processes.
Please search for the article that lists NBU processes to be excluded from AV scanning.
