Netbackup upgarde

Hi

we are planing to upgrade my netbackup version 7.6 to 7.7.3.

we have 12 windows 2008 R2 client servers and 32 suse 2.6.16 servers inor environment.

Kindly let confirm me we can do this soft ware upgrade or we have any dificulty.

Have you upgraded your master and media servers already and this is just the upgrade on clients servers??

If not, you will have to upgrade NetBackup Master and media servers and then upgrade the clients.

Please use Veritas SORT (https://sort.veritas.com/netbackup) to check the compatablility and Upgrade Checklist.

For OS compatablity you may check - https://sort.veritas.com/nbu_checkers/nbu_scl_checker (this part of SORT itself)

Hello 

You know better about your NBU environment. I would suggest first upgraded Master server and Media server then Client servers. 

Recommend to go through the SCL and HCL guide shared.
