Have a look at ther master server:

bash-3.00# /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bmrs -o list -r bootserver

Hello,

this way works for me.
Just reinstall (uninstall/install)  the Netbackup-Client-Software on your Solaris-Client.
Now I can see all my BootServers and BMR-Clients.

just happy now

I have exactly the same problem.  In order to see any of the BMR boot servers, clients etc, I have to use the Java GUI from my windows desktop.  I worked with support on this issue and they wanted me to remove all the 6.5.4 patches and reinstall them.  I wasn't willing to try it and decided to live with using the gui from my windows desktop and not from the Solaris server.   Can you try that?
