@bal2

More info, please...

Is this a new setup or something that has worked before and now failing?

Are duplications failing for all images or only GRT images?

There are some forum posts and TNs, but all related to 7.x versions with GRT images.

@Marianne

Thank you so much for helping with this.

  • This is an old setup and was working fine earlier.
  • Its failing for all images.

You are right , All I could find was for older verison , I have Netbackup 8.2. Please advise.

There is nothing that I can find that is current and not related to GRT.
Time to dig into logs. (I know.... GRRRRR!)

Do you have logging enabled?

On master, bpdbm and admin

On media server: bpdm, bptm and admin

If you want to examine logs yourself, level 3 logs should be fine.
You may also want to log a Support call with Veritas, but they will ask for level 5 logs.
Bear in mind that any changes to bpdbm logging needs a restart of NBU on the master server.
