Hi,
I have Netbackup java console 6.5, 7.0, 7.1 etc installed on my company laptop (Win 7) which i use to connect to the different servers in our environment.
In 6.5 java console, Under the menu "File - Adjust application time zone" I am able to see all the different time zones.
But for 7.x java consoles, i only get the "Indian Standard Time" option. No other time zone is available to select.
I think this is a java issue, and not NBU. Can anyone help?
This becomes a real problem for reporting and other stuff....

Something wrong with your installation - either OS-level or Java.
I can see a long list in the Java GUI installed on my laptop.

The default time zone for the console is that of the host on which the console is started, not the host that is specified.

You have to go to file option in administration console and select " Adjust application time zone" and here you can see diffrent time zones.

Suhas,
Please read my original post again. I said im not able to see the different time zones UNDER the File > Adjust application time zone menu. There is only one option there i.e. Indian standard time
