We are licensed for Deduplication (PureDisk). For our internal audit purposes, we need to ensure that we are not in violation of our licensed dedup capacity.
Per the Dedup Guide, I have viewed NB Admin Console -> Help -> License Keys and selected "Summary of Active capacity-based licensed features". The box displayes that we are licensed for 5 TB of PureDisk & PureDisk Remote option, but the "Used Capacity" and "In Compliance" columns show "Information not available".
Kindly advise why is info is not being displayed, and how we can view that info.

For now, these infomation can not be automatically calculated. You need to estimate them by hand from something reporting size of backups like bpimagelist command, reports in GUI, OpsCenter or nbdeployutil(http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO86922).
