OpsCenter cannot locate Netbackup Master server

NetBackup Master/media server UNIX Solaris 7.1

OpsCenter 7.1 on Windows 2008

I did a new install of OpsCenter on new Windows 2008 virtual server.

Instal was without problems.

I can access OpsCenter through Web interfase.

When attempting to add the Master server I get the following error:

Server "master server name" could not be located. Please confirm that the server is configured for access from OpsCenter and also check if the NetBackup services are runnning.

What did I miss?

Why can I not connect to the master server?

Title says T/N is about re-adding a master to OC but thinking name resolution, network connectivity or possibly presence of OC server in "Additional Servers" list on master?

added to Master server -> server -> Additional Serversw

And it works.

Is port 1556 opened between you opscenter server and master server?

I have been attempting to demo OC and could only get 4 of the 5 master servers to connect.  I added the OC server to the problematic Master Server properties and all is well.  Thank you all for the input.
