Opscenter 8.1 unable to connect to Master Server 8.1

Hi All,

we are having trouble with opscenter. we manage to install the Opscenter 8.1 successfully running on SLES 12. When trying to Master Server in Opscenter it fails. Error received are:-

"Action not permitted. Please verify that the OpsCenter host is listed in Netbackup configuration file (host properties or bp.conf) and/or trust is established in case of NBAC."

The trust between Opscenter and MAster has been establish, still unable to communicate.

Please help us to rectify this matter.

Have you seen this message in the OpsCenter "Netbackup data collection" window?

"To collect data from NetBackup 8.1 master server, check if one of the following is true:
In the NetBackup Administration Console on the master server host, the Security Management > Global Security Settings > "Enable insecure communication with NetBackup 8.0 and earlier hosts" option is selected.
On the master server host, the "nbseccmd -setsecurityconfig -insecurecommunication" command-line option is set to ‘on’."
