This seems to be the problem :

2/23/2015 6:11:30 PM - Error bpbrm(pid=3124) from client XXXXXXXXX.local: ERR - failed executing command <"C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\bpdbsbora.exe" -enhbackup -L "BRMJBD588" -rw -i "C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\Logs\user_ops\dbext\logs\input.4088.0.0223115.181130" -jobid 4202>

Enable debug logs below and re-try the operation:

install_path\NetBackup\logs\bpdbsbora
install_path\NetBackup\logs\bphdb

Ensure VERBOSE is set to 5 on the client.

Not sure it make a diffrence, but verify C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\Logs\user_ops\ has read/write permission for the Oracle DBA user.

Have you gone through the Oracle backup troubleshooting flow ? (sorry but cannot read the docx document from where I am)

My version can be seen here:

https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/general-database-backup-error-troubleshooting

A question is the database in archivelog mode ?

The standard questions: Have you checked: 1) What has changed. 2) The manual 3) If there are any tech notes or VOX posts regarding the issue

Yes it is in archive log mode since yesterday.

Ask the Oracle dba to do a test backup using rman.
Does that work?

Have you checked Michael's post?
Have you checked for rman logs/output?

Have you confirmed that client-initiated comms with the master server is working?
(Port connectivity as well as forward and reverse name lookup)

What does
'bpclntcmd -pn'
on the client show?

Please confirm that bprd log folder exists on the master.
(NBU needs to be restarted after folder is created)

Have you seen this note in the DB Compatibility Lists?

1. Reference 7.6.0.2 release notes: http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC6840 in regards to Oracle 12c supported features.

yes, that attached file on post (in word document) is the outcome/log of the backup.

Here's the outcome for pclntcmd -pn :

C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin>bpclntcmd -pn
expecting response from server XXXXXXXXXX.local
backupclient backupclient.local 1X.XX.X.XX 56404

--

bprd folder is there in the master/media server.

Extract from Release Notes mentioned in my previous post:

NetBackup debug log files are not created for Oracle 12c on Windows

A situation can occur during backup and restore jobs of Oracle 12c for Windows
where no debug log files are created in the dbclient and bpdbsbora folders.
In the Oracle 12c release, an Oracle user can be a Windows built-in account
(LocalSystem or LocalService) or a standard Windows user account. This issue
is the result of security permissions for standard (non-administrator) Windows user
accounts.
If a standard (non-administrator) Windows user account is used, the Oracle user
may not have the proper privileges to write to the dbclient and bpdbsbora folders.
To work around this issue, change the Windows security permissions of the
dbclient and bpdbsbora folders to give the Oracle user Full control permissions.

website:
