Please calrify, how to configure oracle RAC backup, provide me steps to be followed.

Please review the note below. You'll need to create the scripts for use with NetBackup. Please note that Oracle Intelligent Policies are not to be used with RAC.

The series of HOWTO articles can also be found in Appendix B of NetBackup for Oracle Administrator's Guide 

You will see in the documentation that backup choices depend on the way that the cluster is configured in your environment.

So, you need to work closely with your Oracle dba's. 
Once you have read through the chapter for RAC, start from the beginning of the manual to learn about the NBU for Oracle agent, how to link it to Oracle, how to create and manage policies for Oracle, etc...
