Hi @AlexNtowGH
I was initially with X2 in relation to your question.
There is no hypervisor level support for OLVM (Oracle Linux KVM) agentless snapshot backup/recovery - nor is this on the roadmap. You can always install a NetBackup client inside the VMs and back them up in a more traditional way (not as elegant as agentless but it works).
Cheers

Traditionally, use RMAN and corresponding Oracle backup policy to protect the database. See https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100038305 for overview of the setup.
Depending on the NetBackup version, you can also try to setup Oracle Intelligent Policies for protecting the Oracle instances (Ref: Oracle Administrators Guide https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/doc/16226115-126559565-0/v79119215-126559565)

Thanks for your response.
Let me explain myself well.
The customer has oracle appliance. He has created VM's on the appliance and is running multiple OS (win, linux) and other applications on the VM.
Do we have support the the Hypervisor that the Oracle appliances run as we do VMware and Hyper-V?
Thank you

Hypervisor level support for OLVM (Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager) agentless, snapshot-based backup and recovery is officialy added to NetBackup with 10.2+.
Procedure is same as for RHV.
