Hi Team,
We have NBU 7.6.0.3 running with 6 media servers , all are of same version. Recently we could observe PBX services are automatically stopping atleast once a week
We are not sure on what is the cause of this issue, if we start only the PBX services all backups are running again.
Have you heard any bug regading this??? can you tell me how to approach and narrow down the issue.
changes made on past 3 months - Added 3 Media servers and 2 Datadomains, backups are running fine on all those

Stopping or crashing ?
Is there a core file or crash dump
All the same OS
What is the OS
Problem on which server, master, media ?
Clustered master ?
PBX logs - run
vxlogview -p 50936 -i 103 -d all -t 01:00:00
This shows the last 1 hrs of log, so run just after the service stops to capture the log when the problem happens, adjust for more hrs if required. Don't however, post 10hrs of logs up, just the time the problem happens and the problem happens and the previous 1 hrs will be fine. Get the log before you restart pbx.
Do this for two machines.
Also get is messages log / event log in txt format
Depending on answers to questions, may need other outputs, if it's crashing, log a call with Symantec
