PDDE convert failed

Hello,

I just upgraded a NBU Platform from 7.5 to 7.6.1.2.

The PDDE_convert.bat failed with the following error :

[2015-07-22 14:51:57][ERR] E:\MSDP\databases\catalog-tmp\2\s-sirius.ges.aer.intra\SAP\s-sirius.ges.aer.intra_1435780835_C1_F1.hdr: Failed to begin transaction (unknown error)

[2015-07-22 14:51:57][ERR] Failed to upgrade catalog (unknown error)

The .hdr file is not present in the directory !

How can I correct the situation ?

Log a high severity support call with Symantec/Veritas....

Hello,

The Veritas/Symantec support team helped me to solve the issue :

We killed and restarted explorer.exe and ran pdde_convert.bat script and it finally worked.

Very strange ...
