We cannot tell without knowing the details. Show us all text in Parent job details as a start. Is this a filesystem or database backup? I have seen similar issue with database backups where db's backed up successfully but the transaction logs could not be backed up for some reason. Here you need to check db backup logs for the reason. Restore without transaction logs will leave db in unrecoverable state.

You still did not tell us if this is db or filesystem backup. Policy name says this is possibly NDMP filesystem backup? You need to have another look at child jobs. It looks like one of the child jobs failed with status 84. The parent job will reflect the status of failed child stream. I would say that restore from successful streams will be possible. You can confirm with browse for restores.

the child stream got successful in the 2nd attempt .

i can see the all images , what ever we have in backup selection..

Then you have the answer to your query. You can restore from the successful streams.
