Hi all,

I have a policy that will not run. It was working fine but stopped recently.I am releatively new to NB and im not sure what i should be checking apart from the schedules. The daily portion of the policy is set to frequency and the monthy set to calendar. The monthly portion was added in recently . I have tried removing the monthly portion and the policy still will not work. Any ideas ?

Thanks

i just created another fresh job with a basic schedule details and activated the policy. I dont see this job starting either. I have done service restarts on the client but is there anything on the client side that could be preventing jobs being started or is there anything in particular i should be looking for?

1. does the job queue up aand then does not run or does it also fail to queue?
2. check the script for correct name and content
3. try to manually run the bakup
4. verify good backups and restores of OS level backups
5. delete the policy and rebuild the SAP policy

If you still cannot get it to run then lets start looking at some log files.
