PostgreSQL issue

Hi I am currently running this in my organisation and have come across a problem with the eeb install. I get to step 4. Installed the 7.5 client. and it asks for a amdx64.exe when you downloaded the eeb file was there anything else in there as I only have the msi which comes with it. As i do not have the amdx64 which i'm thinking comes with the eeb install you are refering to it fails to install.

Have you downloaded the hotfix in the attachment?

I have downloaded the hotfix that was attached to the http://www.veritas.com/docs/000084708, but when i come to install this it is asking for a x64 amd file, no idea where i would get that from as i thought it would have been with the eeb file from the download.

So no idea why it wont install and that is following the instrcutions to the letter.

That EEB contains the msi file, which is to replace your existing GA version of your msi file. 

If that still does not work, log a case with support to sort that out - but I believe they will tell you the version is end of support and you need to upgrade to 7.7 or above, most likely this is already resolved in newer release and you don't need to apply EEB anymore.
