Which is the best method to priorize Duplication jobs ?

You can set/change the defaults in Host Properties -> Master -> Default Job Priorities .

If you are using SLP you can also set the priority for Secondary Jobs in SLP itself. This may be able help you set priority for duplication jobs depending upon your different SLP's.
