Problem with Netbackup Query Builder

Hello I need help with the following issue.  I'm using a Netbackup Appliance with Netbackup 7.5. I trying to create a VMware policy with automatic backups. The problem is that the majority of the Query Builder fields are disabled and when I select Advance Mode the string only show "vmware" not "vmware:/?filter=". Also it is giving error code 195. I added the following lines on virtualization.conf trying to fix the error code issue but it doesn't help:

"disableIPResolution"=dword:00000000

My guess would be a permission issue for user used to connect to the vcenter

As a test you could get the vmware administrator to put a user with full administrative rights on the vcenter

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your help. The account for Virtual Machine Servers was changed to full administrator right, but the issue still persist.
