Netbackup 7.7.3 Device Configuration Wizard does not find Tape Drive or Robot

please how to  updated the device mappings file step by step

Try running the Netbackup command "scan" first.

If OS is not able to see robot and tape drives, then Netbackup will not be able to detect robot and tapes either.
