Hi,
I believe Remote Administration Console for NBU is not compatible for Win 7 - 32bit.
Can you suggest some form of monitoring for nbu? Client insists on using their 32 bit machine.
Thanks

1) They must have some '64-bit' Windows servers somewhere. So install OpsCenter for monitoring, and Admin Cosole for administration - and get them to RDP from desktop to this NetBackup 'management' host.
2) Use PuTTY and X11 back to a 32-bit 'X' Display server running locally on the client desktop, and fire up jnbSA on the master. But jnbSA is not really a monitoring tool, it's an administration console.
3) If you really want 'monitoring', but cannot have OpsCenter Server installed anywhere, then develop some scripts.
4) If you need some kind of admin menu based tool, then use 'bpadm' to administer NetBackup, and CLI commands for anything that bpadm doesn't do.

I have just checked the NetBackup Administration Consoles section of OS SCL: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH76648
There is no 32-bit Admin Console for 7.6 - not Java, not Windows Admin Console.
Your customer will have to upgrade to 64-bit.
32-bit is supported up to NBU 7.5.
