Remote manger and monitor service.

We have 5 separate sites running NetBackup. In each one the Master and Media servers are running Server 2003.  At one site we are getting a Big Brother message that the Media server stopped the Remote Manager and Monitor Service was stopped. I checked the other sites and that service is never stopped. Is there a problem here?

Thanks

Chapter 2 of the NetBackup System Administration Guide lists the different NetBackup services along with a brief explanation of them. However,  it doesn't list which services should be running by default on a NetBackup media server.  The following is a listing of the services / daemons which should be running by default on a NetBackup 6.5 media server:

NetBackup Client Service (bpcd)
NetBackup Compatibility Service (bpcompatd)
NetBackup Device Manager (ltid)
NetBackup Remote Monitoring Management System (nbrmms)
NetBackup Service Layer (nbsl)
NetBackup Service Monitor (nbsvcmon)
NetBackup Volume Manager (vmd)
Veritas/Symantec Private Branch Exchange (pbx_exchange)

Does anyone have any suggestions? Here is the updated problem. It starts out the Remote Monitoring and Management System Stops on the Media Server. Then on the Master Server, in Activity Monitor, under the Services and Processes tabs, there is nothing listed for the media server. The drives still show up and you see the media server under devices and the jobs still run fine. The only thing we can do is bounce them and everything fine for a while. Here are particulars:

Both master and media servers are Windows 2003 boxes and are running 6.5.2A

If you run McAfee this might be the problem:
