Ok so in the Problems report I get a ton of cannot send mail to xxx on client yyy. I dont want the emails and I dont want the log to fill up with this everyday. Is there a way to tunr this off??

I am not sure what's the exact message you're seeing about "cannot send email", but check the following:
master server Host properties -> Global Attributes & Universal Settings
Did you put some email address in the bottom box (asking for email) ? If so, remove them and master server will not send email then.
Logs fill up has nothing to do with email. What logs you want to turn off?

Watsons is spot on - that is most likely the cause of your issue.
@watsons: I think srphil01 is talking about not having his Problems Report filling up with "cannot send email" messages, rather than any particular NetBackup log filling up and taking disk space.
