Replacing Media Servers NBU 7.7.3

Environment:

Red Hat Linux 7;  Netbackup 7.7.3

Master:  2-node VCS cluster

Media Servers:  2 RHEL Media servers with Basic Disk for staging, and PureDisk Deduplication (MSDP)

Question:   How do I replace a media sever with new hardware when a deduplication pool is involved?  The staging units are easy, tht's all transient data.  I could stop throwing jobs at it and let it duplicate off to tape, then we can easliy recreate it on the new media server.

What about the MSDP?  How do I go about moving that? The disk is SAN attached disk, so is it as easy as re-mounting it to the new meda server of the same name?  Another wrinkle is that it is currently in a Veritas file system which limits us to 16TB, so my UNIX admin wants to put it in a different file system type so we can go larger than 16tb
