7.5B2 Replication Director on NetApp
I have created my Pools, Storage Units, SLPs and Policy "by the book" :) The client have the NetApp shares mounted, and in the policy I have added 1 client, a Windows 2008R2 client with the 7.5B2 client. All 3 client services are started currently as a domain administrator and that user can access the shares.
Still just as in 7.5B1 I am getting Snapshot 156 errors when running the policy. It does snapshot the volume on the NetApp but the job fails. This also means that optional subsequent SLP steps are not run.
Found this in the client bpfis log:

Not sure where to go from here, snapshotting network volumes is new mans land to me :)

"Not sure where to go from here"
Please open a Support call for ALL Beta testing issues!
****EDIT****
Before logging the call.... Please disable Windows Open File backup for this client.
I cannots see how VSS snapshot can be used for a network share.
On Master:
Host Properties -> Master Server -> Client Attributes:
Add this Client name, then select Client name
Click on Windows Open File tab
De-select 'Enable Windows Open File Backup for this client"

I completely agree, and I challenged this behaviouron the initial Beta call and someone on the call said that it wasnt supposed to do that, and that it would probably be fixed in Beta2, but apparently it isnt.
But disabling globally isnt really the solution I am looking for, what if I want VSS snapshots for the clients local file systems in another policy?
'This is my first time in the Beta program, do I use our "own" support ID for this or is there a special one for testers?

You can use your support ID. There hasn't been a special ID set up.
