I guess you are talking about the Windows Java GUI :

Go to fileconnetc.symantec.com and download the NBU 7.5 java files. You will need the serial number of youre Netbackup installation.

Then go to :

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH209024

And patch the java installation to 7.5.0.7

The serial number is on your NetBackup license key certificate.
The same certificate where you found the NBU license keys for initial installation.

The Windows Java Console software is part of the Windows server/client software in the Addons folder.

After base installation, download the Java patch here:
