Requirement of Netbackup client software on Vcenter or ESX servers ???

does it require to install netbackup client software on Vcenter or ESX servers also, in case you are using dedicated VMBackup proxy host in netbackup 7.5.

NO.. it is not required.. 

nothing needs to install on Vcenter or ESXi to enable the VMware backups... you just needs to have the authentication..
