Restoration- The System can't find the path specified

Hi,

I'm trying to restore  the data from netbackup server 6.5 to a new server. I used the UNC path instead mapped drive but still receving thee rror " The System can't find the path specified". Ii'm able to restore in otehr servers but not to the new one. Please suggest.

Check the logon account for NetBackup Client service on the destination client.
Ensure that the logon account can access the UNC path and has write access to the path.
