Restoration is Failing

Master Server: NBU 7.1(HP)

Source & Destination Servers: HP with NBU 7.1

Backup Type: Standard / Normal Backup

Trying to restore a data from VTL.

Getting below error

Restorations which ever using the Media server "apollo" are failing with same error

Please post bprd log on master server as attachment.

Finally Got the answer from the guides.

Added this entry in bp.conf file.

FORCE_RESTORE_MEDIA_SERVER = from_host to_host

and Executed bprdreq -rereadconfig.

Restoration's re-directed.

Amar I hope you have directed the restoration to different media server(temp solution) but issue here is restorations which are going through media server apollo are failing hence can you please paste the bprd logs as requested by Marianne so that we can check and try to fix the issue permanently
