Restoration is failing with (2850) Failed to get status code information error code

Hi team,

Please help on this i have initiated restore in Solaris client server from Solaris Master server but its failing with below error code.

Are your drives UP?

Please also check media type/density of the media id's listed in the job details and ensure that the media server have tape drives available with same density. E.g hcart2 media needs hcart2 drive.
