Restore Flashbackup-Windows to new server

I've been asked to restore a VM and it's something I've never done before.  I'm going throught he admin guide, but I thought I'd add a request for assistance here so I can get this done the first time.

I am assuming you are using a VMware and/or Flashbackup method to perform an off-host backup of the VM.  If so the restore process is very simple and very nicely covered in the VMware Administrator Guide.

As I don't know what version you are using, I only provided a link to the 7.5 Guide:

http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC5162

Page 123 is the start of the section.  Page 128 dives into the restore.

You mentioned that you have the guide, and VirtualED linked right to the 7.5. The only gotcha I have ran into before is when you go to 'select for restore...' make sure from the drop down you pick 'Restore from Virtual Machine Backup' to initiatate the full restore of the vmdk.

Got it restored.  Much easier than I thought it would be.
