Restore failure when trying to read LTO4 tape on LTO6 drive find the attached error log

We see that Media ID: ELX701 has a density of hcart3.

Are any tape drives available on starteam2009 with density of hcart3?

Is NBU up and running on starteam2009? And hcart3 drive(s) UP?

One more thing - please check and confirm that the tape is indeed LTO4 and not perhaps LTO3.

Are you sure your backup was not spanned, as it is asking for next resouce

Also verify BARCODE is not incorrect on tape media it also causes this kind of errors.

Media will be read by drives of same density types. You may consider changing density for restore only  if LTO6 drive and LTO4 media is there as LTO6 Drive can read only till LTO4 not LTO3.
