Restore from VMware cause Network problems in virtual machine

Hello

When I restore a vmware virtual machine , in the Network section, I do not change anything but when I power on the restored machine and the networks have not the same configuration. The adapters are changed or hidden ... How can we solve it??

Netbackup version 7.5, vmware version ESX 4.1

Which OS on the VM?

Recoverd VM is newly created in recovery process, and the hardware like NIC on recovered VM is not exactly same with original ones.

NICs on recovered VM has different MAC address. So the OS like Windows and Linux with udev sometimes recognize NICs with new name.
