Restore without Netbackup?

Hi all,

We have some old tapes with NBU-backups taken of OpenVMS clients.  Is there a way of restoring that´s on theese tapes without using NBU as a middle layer?

No.

If that were possible it would really solve the problem of backup data migration between software vendors though.

Thanks for your reply Riaan. I agree about the backup data migration. We´ll have to do it the long way then.
