Restricted access to defined clients. possible?

Is it possible to restrict access for differnet users to specific clients for (backup/) restore.

I know the BAR GUI on each client gives access to only its own data.  - But looking for something like:

Ex. User-1 need restore/backup possiblities to client A,B,C and User-2and User-3 similar for client D,E,F,G etc.

Only way to achieve this is with self service. Its a layer of abstraction that you deploy and then you can give the "tenants" access to what they need.
