RetryVsphereCreateSnapshot do not work in 7.5.0.6

I cant make this fix to work in 7.5.0.6, any ideas?
Netbackup is still trying 10 times to do snapshots.

Please tell us what you have done and what O/S your VMware backup host is.

Everything here is case sensitive so bear that in mind

The OS on the backup host is Windows 2008 R2 Enterprice.

I have added this key to the registry but nothing happens...
