Looks like Volume Access Control has been enabled on ACSLS.

Speak to ACSLS admin to add new media server.

ACSLS manual can be found here: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19775-01/AEMupdate/AEMupdate.pdf

See chapter 5 - Access Control.

Please show output of these commands on new media server:

/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/tpconfig -l

/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/vmoprcmd -d

/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/bpps -x

If all output looks fine, we will look at robtest output to verify that media server can query volumes/tapes on ACSLS.

Thanks a lot.

Everything looks fine, as you can see in the output

root@mediaserver:/usr/openv/volmgr/bin:=>/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/tpconfig -l

I made a robtest, from media server but the ms can't display anything with the command qvol XXXXXX.

Looks like the media server can't access the ACSLS.
