@farhadprdr

Do you have a master server and separate media server(s)?
Which media server performed the backup?

Master server is always emm server, but does not have to be the robot control host.
A media server can be robot control host (where the robot is physically connected to).

Please show us output of these commands:

1) tpconfig -l

2) scan

"tpconfig -d  - it gives me robot control host name"

tpconfig -d will either show the path to the robot, if the machine you run it on is the robot control host.

If the robot control host is some other server, tpconfig -d will show that servers name, as opposed to the path.

Therefore, try going to the machne that was shown as RH, and run robtest / scan from there.
