Robotic library is down on server

hello,

from two days I have a problem with one drive on Oracle Storagetek SL3000 library.

Problem description:

I launched manually duplication that write a copy on tape td10000:

root@sgemop54 # bpduplicate -backupid salvmp131-bk491_1367557201 -dstunit sgestp55_T10k -dp dd04_longret_copy1

but the job end bad, below the job details:

I already tried this solution without benefit:

- I restarted services on media server (bp.kill_all...)

- I restarted ltid

- I resetted drive

In Device Monitor the Drive008 appears in a "AVR"

We have solved the problem by running "Volume Configuration Wizard".

 

I wait some days before to close the post.
