SAP HANA DB BACAKUP FAILURE

Hana DB backups completing successfully from netbackup end but reflecting as a failure on HANA studio frequently any how can we avoid this issue.

Can you tell me how you are taking the backup of SAP HANA DB?

Is it Online backup scheduled through NBU with SAP Backint tool or offline making down the DB through an external schedular and taking the backup?

Which backup is reprting as a failure- Full or Incremental?

Backup target-- Disk or Tape

Data is encrypted? If yes, where?

We are taking online backup and it is scheduled from netbackup and data is writing to tape it is not encrypted

You have written that backup initiated from SAP Hana Studio is "frequently" failing whereas NBU-initiated backup runs ok.

Are there any errors on NBU side, so in Activity Monitor, for the time of Hana Studio initiated backup?

If not, and if the error is intermittent, then I think that the question rather for a SAP forum, not NetBackup forum.
