SAP online backup failing with error 6

Netbackup backup with SAP policy failed with error6, 25 . When policy start I found media server status change to offline. After cancel all jobs, the media server return to Active for disk and Tape. Backup with standard policty successful.

check for SSO license for that media server, also check other media server in environment if it is not in use decomission it properly
