SLP Duplication Operation not honoring "Finish processing the active images" Window close behavior

Level 6

I have a duplication to tape operation in an SLP, and I have a very large image that starts during my SLP duplication window, runs all day, and then fails with a 191 when the SLP window closes, despite having the "Finish processing the active images" option under "Advanced - Window close behavior" selected.

I'm not sure if this has been happening with any regularity, as I have just noticed it. Anyone else seen this behavior?

NetBackup 8.1 (Appliance v. 3.1)

could you share the complete job details to identify if there is any other error reported.. the status 191 is kind of very generic for duplication failures..

Do take a look at the below 2 links as well
(this should have been fixed in 7.7 as well as in 8.1)

do share the SLP config as well using command line just to verify that the behavior seen is not for an old version image which had a different slp configuration

Thanks for the quick response.  That first link smells like it might be it... and I did modify SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS very recently.  I guess I should probably open a case.

My most recent job failed with:
