Hi Gopi,
what ever the modifications that you are doing in the SLP --GUI only applicable to the backups that are going to happen after the chage..
so to apply the chages which have already backup images..
you need to edit the SLP version file with the working media server and storage unit name
Follow the below tech note to modify the older version of the SLP..
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH145081
the same version chage you need to follow when ever there a chage in SLP to apply those chages in Older images...

Your storage unit seems to be pointing to a storage unit group, I assume this from the way you named them:
PROD-SQL1-VTL-STUG
PROD-SQL1-TAPE-STUG
We need to know what storage units you defined in these groups. What are those media servers being used in PROD-SQL1-TAPE-STUG and PROD-SQL1-TAPE-STUG ? Is invldnunetbkupv1 happen to be one of them?
Can invldnmsql1vs1 communicate with the media server invldnmsql1vs1 using bptestbpcd? and vice versa?

10/21/13 23:07:48.752 [allocate_by_tape_media] could not get key for media server, MediaServer = invldnmsql1vs1 10/21/13 23:07:48.754 [allocateMedia] EXIT INFO: 10/21/13 23:07:48.754 [allocateMedia] reserved_med_list = 4003724 10/21/13 23:07:48.754 [allocateMedia] EXIT STATUS = 2000000 (EMM_ERROR_MachineNotExist, The host is not defined in EMM)
what is the this server invldnmsql1vs1?
does this listing under the bp.conf of master server and also in the nbemmcmd -listhosts ?
it should be in the bp.conf of the master server

If the name invldnmsql1vs1 is not the name in the EMM, then add an Alias to the EMM.
To add the missing hostname as an alias, issue the following command on the EMM Server:
nbemmcmd -machinealias -addalias -alias invldnmsql1vs1 -machinename invldnunetbkupv1 -machinetype <machine_type>

only one node found in the Netabckup configuration...invldnmsql1n1
do you have only one node in the cluster invldnmsql1vs1 ?
what is the active node of the cluster?
try to loing to the media server using the name invldnmsql1vs1 and see if it taking to the node invldnmsql1n1.
if it is taking to the another node.. then you got the issue..
all nodes in the cluster have to add in the netbackup configurations.
you have to add all the nodes using the below command, and then try...
