I don't believe that is the enitre job details. Please give the full details so we can see when SQL returns the info to Netbackup.

Also provide the child job details for that DB's backup.

@Eduardo_Aguiar

According to Job Details, there were 10 'objects'. 9 were successful, 1 failed :

<9> operations succeeded. <1> operations failed.

26/12/2020 11:16:29 - Info dbclient (pid=13780) INF - The following object(s) were not backed up successfully.

26/12/2020 11:16:29 - Info dbclient (pid=13780) INF - DM_C3

There should be more info about DM_C3. Maybe backup for this db ran in another stream?

Do you have dbclient log folder on the SQL Client? If not, please create the folder, set logging level to 3 and retry the backup.
(Best to have logging level on the client set to 3 for SQL backup or restore failures.)

Please copy the log to dbclient.txt and upload as attachment.

@Marianne

Hello Marianne,

Thanks for answer. How setting log level 3?

This folder I create in server client of SQL?

On master server:

Host Properties > Client Properties > Select the client

Select Logging from the left hand panel and change the DB Logging to 3.

On the client go to <install path>\Netbackup\Logs and look for the folder: dbclient

if it isn't there, create it and restart the NBU services on the client.

To change logging level, open Host Properties on the master.
Choose Clients, then double-click this SQL Client name to open the Client's Properties.
Under Logging, change Global logging to 3.
(Details about Host Properties in chapter 3 of NBU Admin Guide I.)

The dbclient process runs on the SQL client, so, this is where the folder needs to be created under <install-path>\netbackup\logs\.
(Details in Troubleshooting chapter of NBU for SQL Admin Guide)

Hello Marianne,

Happy New Year.
Sorry for the delay in responding, the problem was that the backup was taking place at the time that a routine in the database was running, ended up generating competition, it was already solved with the team.

Many thanks to you and Laurence for your attention.
